Oz Liv
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Oz Liv was the former Head of the Electronic R&D Department of a Governmental research institution, developing state-of-the-art telecommunications mainly RF systems. As of 1998 he was involved in the management of several hi-tech start-ups, and served as a venture partner in a leading Israeli VC firm, and founded GoNET Systems in 2003. Mr. Liv has a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Roy Kinamon
Founder and Vice President Marketing and BD
Roy Kinamon joined GoNet Systems in 2005 bringing nearly 15 years of communications engineering development experience and is responsible for leading all product development and engineering. Prior to joining GoNet, Mr. Kinamon was the manager of the Israel Design Center for STMicroelectronics (NASDAQ: STM) leading over 50 engineers developing STM's DSL chipset solutions. Prior to STM Mr. Kinamon worked in various R&D executives positions in Orckit (NASDAQ: ORCT) and later on in Tioga, a spin-off of Orckit that was acquired in 2001 by STM. Mr. Kinamon holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Cum Laude) and an MBA (Cum Laude) from Tel-Aviv University.

Merom Harpaz
Chief Operation Officer
Merom Harpaz was the former deputy to the Head of the Electronic R&D Department in the Ministry of Defense, an elite division, developing state-of-the-art telecommunications, electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. Prior to joining GoNet Mr. Harpaz was the CEO of Atidim foundation, an industry government joint venture for locating talented high potential students from the periphery areas and escorting them all the way to graduation and engagement in the High tech industry. Mr. Harpaz has a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Hans Hoelsken
Vice President and General Manager, Europe
Hans Hoelsken joined GoNet Systems in 2003 bringing over 25 years experience with IBM in various management positions, ranging from product engineering in the communications field to the management of large-scale development projects as part of system integration contracts with Telecom carriers. Following IBM, Mr. Hoelsken then held CTO positions with two competitive carriers in Germany, where he was responsible for building their nationwide networks. Most recently before joining GoNet, Mr. Hoelsken was General Manager Europe at Netro Corp., a major provider of PtMP broadband wireless transmission equipment and before that CEO of Riodata AG, Switzerland; a competitive DSL service provider.

Shlomi Atias
Vice President Research and Development
Mr. Atias brings over 10 years experience in development, research, product definition and management. Prior to joining GoNet Systems Mr. Atias was VP R&D in Semantinet, a Smart Semantic Web search engine. Prior to Semantinet Mr. Atias was the director of Software Development at GoNetworks, handled the software development, definitions and system architecture. Prior to that, Mr. Atias held a number of software development positions, among them Senior Software engineer at TI, Senior Software engineer at Scopus networks and Software Developer at BigBand Networks. Mr. Atias holds a B.Sc in Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Sharon Ashkenazi
Vice President Engineering
Mr. Ashkenazi joined GoNet Systems in 2006, bringing over 13 years of communications engineering development experience and is responsible for all hardware development, system design and engineering. Prior to joining GoNet Systems, Mr. Ashkenazi was a part of the founding team of Congruency, VoIP end-to-end solutions startup, which developed an award winning breakthrough product for the VoIP market. Later on Mr. Ashkenazi was leading the development of the End Units branch in Telrad Connegy (a VOIP spinoff of Telrad networks). Prior to Congruency Mr. Ashkenazi was in an elite R&D unit of IDF developing unique communication and security systems. Mr. Ashkenazi holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
